If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days for a FULL STORE CREDIT minus shipping.

A refund option is only available for the Iyza Belaar brand minus a 15% restocking fee + $35 for handling

Shipping is not refundable. Route package protection is NON REFUNDABLE. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your order's delivery date. If an item is shipped back to us after 7 day period, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense. If you decide to exchange your item we allow one free size exchange only. If you chose a store credit there is no expiration, but we do not allow any further returns or exchanges when the store credit is used on a future purchase. Store credit purchases are FINAL SALE.

If the item has been worn, it will be disposed or donated, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

All domestic orders have a 1-2 day processing time for in stock items. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they've left our facility.

Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.

All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Please also take note we require signature on most packages

You can check your order status by logging in to your account or by visiting our order status page. 

Tracking information can also be found in your shipment confirmation email. 

We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, however the occasional shipping delay is inevitable. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend doing so far enough in advance so that you have time to try on your items and initiate an exchange if needed.  

An order can't be cancelled or modified once payment has been captured.

All packages above $350 value are shipping with signature required. Delays in shipping may occur if someone is not home to sign for package. Refusing an item or not picking it up from a UPS or Postal Service and then is returned back to us is subject to a 50% restocking fee. This includes multiple delivery attempts made by the service provider that result in the package being returned to us.

Customs/duties/taxes are the buyers responsibility and is not included in the shipping price. If you have further questions about taxes please contact customersupport@bchicfashions.com.

Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in your account. Items shipped back to us without an approved request will not be processed — no exceptions.

Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under B Chic Fashions' discretion.

All sale, discounted, and custom items are FINAL SALE. In store sales through the San Carlos location: FINAL SALE.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.

Dresses that have been worn, altered, damaged while trying on, or have missing tags are considered final sale and may not be sent back for return or exchange.

If a damaged item is returned, a refund will not be issued. 

Exchange orders shipping times vary depending on availability. You can request expedited shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any return that is not in compliance with the policies set herein.

The buyer pays shipping fees to our store. If you live outside the USA the buyer pays shipping.

We can provide you with a UPS return label for a $35 label fee that will be deducted from your final refund. Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Please note that if you do not use our return label, B Chic Fashions is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.

The item has to be in the same condition it was received in, unworn with tags with same original format of tagging.


If the item is worn, it will be disposed or donated, and no refund will be issued. No refund will not be issued if our policy was violated. Any questions please email returns@bchicfashions.com

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact CUSTOMERSUPPORT@bchicfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of damage/issue
  3. Clear photo(s) of the damage

Upon receipt of your return meeting with the said terms, we will issue the appropriate credit for the item less Shipping & Handling ($70 for international orders) fees and a 15% restocking fee store credit within 7-14 business days.All items need to be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Please note, if an item is shipped back after 7 days we cannot accept the return. The process for requesting a refund is very simple so there should be no reason why the item can't be returned immediately.
We know how important this refund is to you and we will work hard to issue these quickly.
